Recycling by selective sorting all the waste from the winery. Recovery and treatment of rainwater for the watering of the massifs and the phytosanitary protection. Treatment of the wine effluent by a common wastewater treatment plant.
How do you work to minimize your carbon footprint?
Smaller tractor= less polluting and lighter to limit soil compaction.Local suppliers at maximum to reduce transportation and promote the local economy.Choice of the bottle according to its weight to minimize the weight of the shipped merchandise.
